Feel quite anxious over it. While waiting for my turn, can even tell hubby maybe I'm not pregnant. Maybe it's just an illness that I have and it's not detected yet and we thought I'm pregnant. Maybe we come to the wrong place and will feel malu after seeing the gynae cos see the wrong person liaoz. Hubby says, yah... maybe we're at the wrong place. Maybe I'm just getting fat and the doctor will recommend a slimming centre for me to go to. (ha! so funny)
Dr Wong is very friendly and kind when we enter her room. She is quite detailed in her explanation on what to expect in my whole pregnancy, meaning the schedule of the visits that I will have throughout my pregnancy. We go ahead for the scan to see how's baby now. And viola! He's bigger than we expected!!! And all his body parts are formed liaoz. Can even know that he's a boy! Saw abit of X there. keke... His two hands are in front of his face and he seems to be boxing, moving left and right. Dr Wong even holds the scan to show us that the movement is by baby and not from her scanning movement. Wow! I'm confirmed pregnant. And it's a boy boy. :p
After measuring baby's weight and size, Dr Wong mentioned that his EDD should be 23rd June 2010, not the earlier date that we thought. He's healthy and we can hear his heart beat. Will be doing a detailed scan next week. Need to go to the fifth floor first before coming down for the second gynae visit. I'm given multivitamin and fish oil.
What an amazing experience we have!!
